Great place for a budget stay, would recommend. The venue is clean, with great location just off sea front and high street shops. The rooms are absolutely perfect and immaculate, with an iron and a carpet. The bed is lovely, slept really good. The hotel staff is pleasant and lovely.

Was a perfect place for trip. It was a great hotel in a shopping area, next to the town center as well as Brighton Dome. The location was marvellous and fantastic, for example, The Lanes was not very far from the property. The food they offered was good, had plenty of meals.

Our stay there was fairly nice. It was fairly clean inside. The entire stuff was amazingly nice. The hotel was in a particularly good location so close to the sea front and the many restaurants on the sea front, the restaurants and the big shopping mall right next to the guest house for what we wanted it for. Regency district was worth exploring.
